The Military Spouse Advocacy Network (MSAN) is a Texas 501c3 nonprofit organization serving the military community by providing peer-to-peer mentorship, support, tools, resources, and educational programs for military spouses of all branches, ranks, and education levels. MSAN is committed to respecting the privacy rights of the users of our website, the Mentorship-HUB, the Military Spouse Leadership Development Training and any services provided in connection with MSAN’s resources and programs (“Services”). We recognize that visitors to our site and services may be concerned about the information they provide to us, and how we treat that information. This Privacy Policy addresses those concerns.

What Do We Collect?
We collect personal and non-personal information when you provide it to us in the course of using our Website and Services.
The personal information that we may collect includes but is not limited to your name, installation affiliation and e-mail address.

The non-personal information that we may collect includes your browser type, the URL of the previous website you visited, your ISP, operating system, and your Internet protocol (IP) Address (“Non-Personal Information”). The non-personal information is not used by us to personally identify you and is not readily usable for that purpose. We can serve you best when you provide personal information. However, your personal information is not required to access tools and resources (except when applying for the Military Spouse Leadership Development Program). This means we do not require you to register or provide information to us in order to view our Website.

How Do We Use and Share Your Information?
We use your personal information primarily for our own internal purposes, such as providing, maintaining, evaluating, and improving our Website and the Services we offer, to collect and confirm credit card payments for donations, and to provide support. We will use your information to respond directly to you as requested. Unless you opt-out, we may use your contact information to send you information about MSAN and/or our products, services, promotional material from our partners, or to contact you when necessary. We will not sell your information to any third party company or organization. We care about the safety and security of your transaction. Our on-line financial transactions are processed through Mighty Cause in a secure environment, and this information is not passed or processed through any non-secure means. MSAN receives no financial information and your financial information is not accessible to MSAN after a financial transaction is completed via Mighty Cause. We keep your Personal Information on a third party secure server database located in the United States. We also limit the number of staff members who have access to your personal information.
